Peace

We have discovered a great truth, the naked vulnerable self is at peace, for it is the true self. The true self does not think, it knows, it does not try, it just is , pure expression, does not rush, because it is already here.  

This we have discovered through openness, daring, seeking, finding and this ultimately is liberating and incredibly empowering.

Peace comes from presence. Peace comes through awareness. Peace is tangible when we notice it, here with us.

On our journey  through life,  peace is a tremendous blessing. As we sit still and light a candle and enter more fully into the presence of God with us, may we find His Peace and our peace at one,  transfiguring the moment and ultimately healing us innerly.

May we all become aware of our true selves this Lent,
